Deine Aufgaben

• Sie haben Spaß daran, digitale und analoge Elektronikbaugruppen, vom Entwurf über den Prototypenbau bis hin zur Serienreife, zu entwickeln
• Ihre Arbeit umfaßt EMV-gerechtes Schaltungsdesign und Leiterplattenlayout, sowie Entwicklung der zugehörigen Firmware. Erfahrungen mit Altium-Designer und programmierbarer Logik (FPGA) sind von Vorteil
• Die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Hardware-Entwicklungsprojekten, sowie die Erstellung von Pflichtenheften sind bei Ihnen in den besten Händen
• Sie begleiten zusammen mit dem interdisziplinären Projektteam den Entwicklungsprozeß und stimmen sich eng mit der Projektleitung sowie mit den internen und externen Schnittstellen ab
• Mit Ihren Ideen wirken Sie aktiv an der Optimierung von Produkten und Prozessen mit

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Nachrichtentechnik (TU/TH) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
• Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Elektronik auf Komponenten- und Systemebene
• Du trägst gerne Verantwortung für Entwicklungsprojekte und stimmst diese im Team ab
• Du überzeugst durch Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Zielstrebigkeit
• Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Du verfügst über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

As our new Head of Assembly for Drive and Stamping Technology, you'll take the lead in organizing and managing our assembly processes in a highly specialized technical environment.

Your Role

• You’ll lead our motivated assembly team – both technically and disciplinarily – and they’ll count on your guidance.
• You’ll plan, coordinate, and continuously improve our assembly and production processes in drive and stamping technology – always keeping an eye on the details and the big picture.
• Quality, deadlines, and costs? You’ve got them under control.
• You’ll collaborate closely with design, production, quality assurance, and logistics – because teamwork really matters to us.
• You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table and drive continuous improvement (CIP) together with our quality management officer.

Your Profile

• You’ve completed training in mechanical engineering, electric motor construction, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of hands-on experience in assembly – ideally in drive or stamping technology.
• You’ve already led teams in an industrial setting and are familiar with production planning and quality assurance.
• You’re a strong communicator and highly organized.
• You take initiative and have a hands-on mindset – just like we do.

Your Responsibilities

• You have successfully completed training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, or tool mechanic and bring professional experience in CNC turning.
• You are highly skilled in programming, applying, and optimizing CNC programs
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment is second nature to you.
• You work independently, reliably, and with great attention to detail – quality is your top priority
• Your positive and friendly attitude makes you a true team player
• Working independently is just as natural for you as flexibility and team spirit
• Experience in programming Mazatrol (Mazak) controls completes your profile.

Your Profile

• A completed technical apprenticeship – e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar
• Experience in assembling machines or drive systems? Great, but not a must
• You understand technical drawings and know how to put them into practice
• You work independently, in a structured way, and with a high standard of quality.
• You’re reliable, flexible, and a true team player.
