We develop and manufacture innovative axial flux motors for battery-powered machinery and off-highway applications. Due to the growing demand for compact and efficient drive solutions, we are expanding our sales team. We are looking for a technically skilled Sales Engineer (m/f/d) with international experience.

Your Responsibilities

• You manage and further develop existing customer relationships in domestic and international markets
• You are responsible for active new customer acquisition as well as reactivating existing contacts
• You provide technical consulting on axial flux motors and drive solutions
• You support customer projects from initial contact through to series production
• You analyze customer requirements and coordinate technical solutions with internal departments
• You coordinate projects with R&D, production, purchasing and sales management
• You prepare and align quotations, contracts and project plans
• You plan and organize customer visits, trade fairs and international events
• You conduct market analyses and identify potential for revenue growth

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of sales experience (min. 5 years) in an internationally operating manufacturing company – ideally in the field of battery-powered machinery
• You have experience in technical sales and project-based customer support
• You combine strong technical understanding with a solid business mindset
• You are experienced in working with international customers
• You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• You are confident in using MS Office; experience with ProAlpha is an advantage
• You are willing to travel regularly (approx. 30%)

• Design of small assemblies and fixtures

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a Technical Draftsman, Technical Product Designer, Technician, or a comparable qualification
• You have initial experience in creating technical drawings and design documentation
• You are proficient in using CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks (experience with Composer is an advantage)
• You stand out with a structured, careful, and independent way of working
• You are a team player with strong communication skills, especially in collaboration with design, assembly, and sales
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working with machines and assemblies
• Ideally, you have experience working with ERP/database systems (e.g., ProAlpha, Compu, MaxxDB)
