Precise and reliable detection of track alignment faults provided by advanced IMU-based measurement of track geometric parameters – that is what MessReg IMU guarantees. The measurement system is the ideal solution for validating track geometry acc. to EN 13848-4, for example before or after tamping.
Measurement data is displayed numerically and graphically in real time. The corresponding limit values can be set individually. Tolerance exceeding are automatically detected by the software and highlighted in colour. In addition, the user can enter events or track defects according to their position - simply at the touch of a button. The measurement result is then available either as a PDF report or as an Excel data export. Engineered to be modular and ergonomic. Thanks to its smart and modular design, MessReg IMU is made ready for measurement in a few simple steps. On track, the measurement system can be operated by one person. Alternatively, the measurement technology can be built-in as an integrated system for other rail vehicles.
