AP-X

Punching and winding machine

The AP-X is an automated punching and winding machine to produce stator cores and rotors for electronic motors in axial flux design. The machine offers high process reliability and easy operation at the same time. The tools made especially for your purposes are robust and highly precise. The punching machine is available in three different sizes.

Product advice

The complete working process is operated with an control unit including the self-developed software for easy use. By starting the process, the band material is putted to the punching and winding process via a high-quality decoiler. Different slot designs are possible with individually adapted, high-precision punching tools. An expanding mandrel at the end of the process enables precis and round finished products and their easy removal.

3 sizes
Due to the availability of three different sizes, an individual production of the machines is possible. Depending on the size of the machine, stator cores and rotors with different inner and outer diameters can be produces. For more information see the technical features section.
