Wherever rails are welded, ground and milled, the rail profile hast to be checked: a job for the RM 1200 D. The state-of-the-art measuring system inspects the rail longitudinal profile and welding joints in accordance with applicable regulations.
The measurement with RM 1200 D is simple and efficient. The measuring system is ready to use after few moments and the measuring process only needs few seconds as well. After the measurement it is possible to export the data in *.csv-format for further processing. For data evaluations according to DB directive 824.8310:2017 or EN 13231-2:2020, there is an optional upgrade inside default measuring software “RMFcatcher” available.
Flexible applicable
Due to the adjustable rail support arm, it is possible to use the RM 1200 D on different track gauges. The two stop bolts allow to set the proper measuring line on the rail running surface before the measurement. For measuring on grooved rails, a suitable modification kit is available, too.
