In case of digital track and switch inspection, MessReg CDM is the benchmark. It convinces with convenience, efficiency, and user-friendliness. MessReg CDM is the first and up to today the only track and switch measuring system capturing the data automatically and continuously, which is approved by Deutsche Bahn (DB).
MessReg CDM efficiently measures all common track and switch parameters. It combines highest accuracy with ergonomic handling. The continuous data capture and storage takes place fully automatically at intervals of 5 mm with a measuring resolution of 0.1 mm. The measurement values are automatically and reliably assigned and evaluated to the different measuring points within a switch. Tolerance exceedings are shown immediately. The comment function allows the user to document special features or events with pinpoint accuracy during the measurement.
Complete software package
The measuring system is supplied with a complete software package for data capture and evaluation. The CDMviewer evaluation software enables on-site graphical measurement data preparation including data export (*.xls) and measurement reports in PDF format. Customer-specific measurement reports are available on request.
MessReg CDM is delivered with the outdoor notebook „MPC“, the software package (CDMline, CDMcatcher and CDMviewer) and in a robust transport case. It can be set up and operated by one person without additional tools. The measuring system can be adapted for grooved rails and be equipped with optional sensors for groove depth measurement.
