The new generation of rail transverse profile measurement. PML captures the rail transverse profile and the metal removal according to the applicable regulations. Its compact design and low weight mean it is both exceptionally comfortable to use and easy to transport.
The measurement process with PML requires little time. The evaluation is shown immediately and can be exported in PDF format.
It is possible to compare the actual rail transverse profile to a chosen target profile of the rail. Furthermore, it is possible to compare two measurements by adding a new measurement to an existing one. This is convenient for comparing the rail profiles e. g. before and after rail treatment. The material loss is shown automatically for comparison of two rails.
Integrated measurement technology
Besides the hand guided PML, the measurement technology can also be integrated in rail treatment machines. The intuitive operation of the software also ensures ease of use with the integrated version. Users of both versions therefore benefit from the same data capture and evaluation.
